IntraBulk^® MultiDock

This Plant is mostly designed for conveying of various alternative fuel types (i.e. refuse derived fuel types) to combustion processes or storehouses. The MultiDock Plant consists of a five-screw conveyor, which conveys the material further in the direction of transport equipment (i.e. vehicle) unloading. To prevent any dust level, the conveyor inlet is fitted with a cover box for the whole unloading area of the semitrailer. To minimize dust levels, the box is equipped with a number of sealing components around the semitrailer. Another section of the conveyor is already fully closed. It is assumed that the downstream technological equipment is a chain conveyor or a belt conveyor. Opening, cleaning and closing of the transport vehicle are carried out from the box inside area, from a moving walkway platform. In this arrangement the surroundings of the station is protected from excessive dust pollution.

As ordered, the Plant may be designed for quick unloading or for feed unloading, dependent on the further material processing method. A foldable container, (usually with a capacity of up to 30 m³), or a semitrailer, provided with the walking floor function with a capacity of up to 90 m³, may be used as the material storage tank, from which the material is fed to the downstream technological equipment.
